Store Manager Hairdresser - Zephir Hairdressers, Ascona

In the heart of Ascona, Zephir Parrucchieri is looking for a dynamic and passionate person to fill the role of Store Manager Hairdresser . If you have experience in the hairstyling sector and have managerial skills, this is the opportunity for you!

Position:

Store Manager Hairdresser

Workplace:

Zephir Hair Salon, Via Ferrera 11, Ascona

Responsibility:

  • Practical hairdressing work on clients.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring impeccable customer service.
  • Lead the team towards achieving sales and quality goals.
  • To offer high quality hairstyling services for women and men.
  • Train and motivate staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Manage inventory and supplier relationships.
  • Plan and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of previous experience as a hairdresser for women and men.
  • Professional knowledge of Italian, German, French for fluent interaction with native speaking customers.
  • Experience in managing a salon or similar managerial role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Problem solving attitude and results orientation.
  • Passion for beauty and hair care.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the salon.
  • (Optional) Own customer package.
